 The church is exact copy of Gracanica Church in Kosovo. Hercegovacka
Gracanica was built in 2000 on the hill called Crkvina, 2 kilometers
from the town of Trebinje, as fulfillment of wish of Trebinje’s famous
poet and diplomat Jovan Ducic. It was built with help of Tupanjac
family.
 Within the church complex there is a shrine of the most holy mother of God, amphitheater, Vladičin home, exhibition of icons, summer garden, library, etc. The church can be seen from any place in the town of Trebinje, and it is said to be the most beautiful sacred place in Eastern Herzegovina. There is a marvelous view of the whole town from here.
